Andy Peterson, President
Mr. Peterson founded Peterson Geotech in 2006 and is currently the President and Manager. Andy formed the company after many successful years in the geotechnical construction and water supply industry. His areas of expertise include micropiles, tieback and tiedown anchors, soldier pile and lagging systems, soil nailing, underpinning, grouting, construction dewatering, and water supply systems.
Prior to starting Peterson Geotech, Andy was Area Manager for Hayward Baker, Inc. (Weedsport, NY & South Hackensack, NJ), and his previous work experience also includes Case Foundation Company (Philadelphia, PA) and CATOH, Inc (Weedsport, NY). Mr. Peterson earned his Bachelors of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Dayton in 1991 and his MBA from Villanova University in 2001. He is a member of the Association of Drilled Shaft Contractors (ADSC).

Patrick Doherty, Operations Manager
Mr. Doherty joined Peterson Geotech in 2006 and is currently the Operations Manager and a Member of the Company. His expertise is in Geology and water supply systems, and Pat also specializes in the design, operation and maintenance of construction dewatering systems. Recent work has included management of micropile, anchor, and grouting projects.
Pat’s previous work experience was with Hanson Van Vleet, Inc. (Clifton Park, NY). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology from SUNY Potsdam in 2002, and is a member of the Association of Drilled Shaft Contractors (ADSC).

Nolan Kealy, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Kealy joined Peterson Geotech in 2006 and is the Senior Project Manager. Mr. Kealy has an extensive background in geotechnical construction and specializes in the design and installation of micropiles, anchors, earth retention systems, and ground modification through numerous grouting techniques.
Nolan came to Peterson Geotech from Hayward Baker, Inc. (South Hackensack, NJ) and was previously employed by Moretrench American Corporation (Rockaway, NJ). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003, and is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Association of Drilled Shaft Contractors (ADSC).
